Vacation Bible School was a tremendous blessing last year.  It started on a Thursday with 23 kids.  We had ages ranging from 5 to 14-year-olds.  They were all so different in character but had the same hunger to know about Jesus.

By Saturday, the group had grown to 89 kids and 17 had already accepted Jesus as their Savior.  Not only that but they began to encourage others to receive Him as well.

By the Sunday worship service, some of the parents joined us.  We had a total of 150 people, mostly children attend our last day.  It was amazing to see everyone celebrating the wondrous power and love of our Savior, Jesus Christ.  At the end of our VBS, we handed out certificates to each child for their participation.

For the staff, the best part was seeing a total of 10 people, both adults and children being baptized.

It is so fulfilling to be used by God to plant the seed and then see the Holy Spirit do the work in their hearts.  This year we are expecting showers of grace and blessings.

We hope and pray that the hearts of even more children and their families come to know Jesus and get baptized.
